On Saturday night, Oli and I decided to go get a bucket of chicken at KFC's and sit at one of Oli's "special" places he has up on campus. It overlooks the city of Logan and gave us an amazing view of the temple. It was one of those nights where we just breathed in the Fall air, laid out a blanket, laughed, and didn't worry about anything else in the world. Those nights rock. It lasted for about 30 minutes before the sprinklers decided to turn on right where we were at. :) We salvaged the chicken and the blanket and ran to our car. We then sat on the trunk, spilled gravy all over it, and watched the stars. It was awesome.
Then we headed over to Hastings in pursuit of a movie. However after looking with no prevail, we decided to grab Halloween books and read them in the little coffee shop with its comfy couches...
We also found some fun Halloween outfits. Who knew Hastings had Halloween costumes? I sure didn't :) Here is Oli being a hippie- he is trying to pull off the "sexy, rugged man" he thought best suited the dreads.. please don't judge us :)
p.s.
Did you hear the exciting news in General Conference? Lisbon, Portugal is getting a temple!! I honestly couldn't be happier. It truly is a blessing for our family.

Remember how I joked about going here? Well it turns out that we really are going there! In the month of January, the Gearys are planning on spending a week in Cancun, Mexico! I am super excited! Then that summer we will be going here:
