Jenn's bridal shower and more!

This last weeked Oli and I headed home for the Stephens family (late) Easter party and for a bridal shower that I was throwing for one of my best friends, Jenn. We had a blast and were grateful to spend time with such wonderful family and friends!
On our way home.. we were driving and we kept looking into the distance admiring such a large horse that was penned up. As we got closer- we nearly drove off the road when we noticed that this animal was not a horse- but it was a CAMEL! In Logan.. haha go figure! So of course Oli and I had to stop and visit this awesome camel! We have even figured out a connection to let us ride this camel, Moses. We can't wait to be able to ride such a unique animal!
He was so so large! And very friendly might I add! I was a bit nervous when he would look straight at us in fear of him spitting... however we were lucky that he didn't try that on us. :)
We were more excited than the little kids haha

Don't you just want to be his friend? :)

There was also ponies, zonkey (part zebra/donkey), and a zebra. Just your average animals you would see everyday in Logan. :)

Then for Jenns' bridal shower I wanted to experiment with baking cake pops. I heard about them on a friend's blog, Kristen's Photography Blog, and I just loved how cute they were! So Oli, mother, and I got together and did them... and they were so fun and very cute!
I was very lucky to have them help me bake many delicious sweets for Jenn's shower!

Taking baby Aniston and my family's dog, Mercedes on a gorgeous walk! I am loving this warm weather!

I love dogs... we would like to get a husky someday.

Baby Aniston was out after all of her "talking" and excitement :)

Grandpa loves his great grandchild. I loved watching the two of them interact together.

This was my attempt to try training Aniston young about how awesome chocolate is...

... mission accomplished :)

Below are pictures of our Stephens' Family Bowling party we do for Easter every year. We rent out the whole bowling place and just have it to ourselves- it's always such a great time. My grandmother loves having parties and she has always done such a great job in doing them! They have kept our extended family very close and are something to always look forward to!

My bowling face...I TRIED looking like I was a good bowler... lets just say that bowling and I don't go very well together :)

Then after bowling we have pizza and then have an Easter egg hunt!
This is Oli hiding an egg for the teenage group.. him and Zach had a lot of fun making it as hard as possible for them to find any eggs :)

LOOVE this picture!
Nessa and Diana loved hunting for the eggs as much as the little ones haha

Jenn's Bridal shower was a blast! We laughed until our cheeks and abs hurt! It was so fun to see everyone and just have a good time celebrating Jenn's upcoming marriage!

Angie's cute cute baby Emmit! This was so funny- he sucks his binky so hard that it leaves marks on his face. You can tell that by Angie's red face from laughing that we all found this hilarious when she took his binky out and we saw his cute little marks! He was such a good baby and it was fun seeing Ang be a wonderful mother!
Ooh lah lah!

I am so happy for Jenn to get married!

The girls- I love them!
